ORC is led by a principal consultant with a professional background spanning law, banking and capital markets, internal IT audit, cybersecurity, and technology risk. The principal is a licensed Barrister in Nigeria and a CISA-certified professional with more than a decade of experience in the U.S. banking and capital-markets industry, including over five years in internal IT audit and current work in second-line cyber and technology-risk oversight.

This multidisciplinary experience shapes ORC's approach: structured thinking, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to creating clarity. The same professional foundation also informs ORC's free educational resources, which are designed to make complex topics easier to understand.
