Service disclosures.

Please review these disclosures before requesting a service or relying on educational material published by ORC.

01

General role

Ogbeni Ridwan Consultancy provides free educational information, limited client-directed clerical and business-administration services, and authorized North Carolina notarial services. ORC is not a U.S. or North Carolina law firm and does not provide U.S. legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, employment-placement, certification, audit, assurance, or regulatory advice.

02

Insights

ORC Insights is a free general learning resource. Content is not individualized advice, an audit or assurance engagement, certification training, or employer-sponsored material. Views are independent and do not represent or imply endorsement by any current or former employer. Questions submitted about an article are treated as general educational questions, not professional advisory engagements.

03

USCIS Form Transcription

The client independently selects every form, provides every answer, chooses all supporting documents, reviews the completed work, and submits the filing. ORC only transcribes client-provided information and performs agreed clerical organization. ORC does not determine eligibility, interpret questions, select benefits or evidence, advise answers, develop legal strategy, draft legal arguments, respond to agency notices, represent clients before USCIS, or guarantee outcomes. ORC will truthfully complete any applicable preparer section.

04

Business Registration

ORC provides client-directed filing administration, registered-agent services, record organization, reminders, trackers, and standard administrative tools. The client chooses the entity type, ownership, management, tax treatment, licenses, and filing positions. ORC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, trademark, or regulatory advice; draft customized legal instruments; determine licensing requirements; or certify compliance. A registered agent’s statutory role is limited to receiving and forwarding official notices, process, and demands.

05

NC Notary

A North Carolina notary verifies identity, assesses willingness and awareness as required, witnesses or acknowledges signatures, administers authorized oaths or affirmations, and completes the appropriate certificate presented or selected by the principal or another authorized person. ORC does not select or draft documents or certificates, explain legal consequences, or provide legal advice. Notarial fees are subject to North Carolina limits; any travel or mileage charge will be agreed in writing before the appointment.

06

Credentials and affiliations

ORC’s founder is a licensed Barrister in Nigeria and is not licensed to practice law in North Carolina or any other U.S. state. The Nigerian legal qualification and any professional credential are stated for background only; they do not create authority to provide U.S. legal advice or representation. ORC is independent of its owner’s current and former employers; those organizations do not sponsor, approve, or endorse ORC. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation.

07

Fees, outcomes, and official information

ORC fees exclude government, filing, delivery, travel, professional-referral, and other third-party charges unless expressly stated. No filing acceptance, immigration result, business outcome, employment result, or notarial transaction result is guaranteed. Official agency instructions, forms, laws, and fee schedules may change and control over summaries on this site.

08

Privacy and referrals

Clients should provide sensitive information only through an agreed method and only when necessary for the requested service. ORC may decline or pause work that falls outside its scope and recommend an appropriately licensed attorney, accredited immigration representative, accountant, tax professional, regulator, or other qualified adviser. A referral is not an endorsement or guarantee.
