NC Notary Service
Reliable appointment-based service from a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public and registered signing agent.
Overview
ORC provides authorized notarial services for individuals and organizations, including general notarial acts and signing appointments. Each appointment is handled with neutrality and careful attention to identity, willingness, document readiness, and the required notarial certificate.
A notary verifies identity and performs authorized notarial acts. A notary does not select or draft documents, choose a certificate for a signer, provide legal advice, or explain legal consequences. Do not sign documents requiring notarization before the appointment.
